深圳平湖实验室(以下称"实验室"）致力于严格遵守所有适用的法律法规，依法合规地开展自身业务。实验室清楚，合规工作可以有效地降低业务风险、树立良好的形象和信誉、赢得合作伙伴的信赖。实验室也明白，合规工作的缺失不但会对自身业务发展、单位信誉造成不利影响，如果放任不合规行为的滋生也可能会给市场和社会的公平环境造成破坏。
为了实验室的健康发展及为创造公平的商业环境贡献自身的力量，实验室非常重视合规工作，将持续协调和投入资源，积极构建自身合规体系，不断优化流程制度，将合规工作落到实处。
实验室对内会严格要求员工合法合规地开展工作，并定期展开相应的宣传工作；对外也希望合作伙伴能够对实验室的合规工作予以支持和理解，与实验室共同推动合规工作的开展，合作共赢。

Compliance Statement
ShenZhen PingHu Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the "Laboratory") is committed to strictly complying with all applicable laws and regulations and conducting its own business legally. The Laboratory knows that compliance work can effectively reduce business risks, establish a good image and reputation, and win the trust of business partners. The Laboratory also understands that the lack of compliance work will not only have a negative impact on its own business development and reputation, but also cause damage to the fair environment of the market and society if non-compliance behavior is ignored.
In order to contribute to the healthy development of the Laboratory and to the creation of a fair business environment, the Laboratory attaches great importance to compliance work. The Laboratory will constantly coordinate and invest resources, actively build its own compliance system, constantly optimize the process and system, and implement the compliance work.
Internally, the Laboratory will strictly require its employees to carry out work legally, and periodically carry out corresponding publicity work; Externally, it is also expected that the business partners can support and understand the compliance work of the Laboratory, and jointly promote the development of compliance work with the Laboratory for win-win cooperation.
